Indoor Air Quality Testing

Reasons to perform Air Quality test

-
Seller disclosure indicates past water damage or mold issues
-
Mold growth suspected
-
Water damage found indoors
-
High humidity and /or condensation
-
Musty odors detected
-
Infants, immunocompromised, or elderly members of the household
How it works in 6 simple steps

1. Choose sampling locations
We will take a minimum of three samples which includes a control sample from outside of the home and two within the home where dampness or mold is suspected or at risk

2. Take samples
We will set up the air sampling pump in the locations that were chosen and take the samples

3. Mail in the samples to lab
Once we are done sampling, we will pack the samples and a completed chain of custody in approved packaging and ship it to the lab
4. Lab digitizes the samples
When the samples are received at the lab they are then digitally scanned using whole slide image scanners that contain powerful microscope lenses that produces the digital images that the lab sends to their AI database

5. Lab performs the analysis
The lab's AI then identifies and counts mold spores and air particles and one of the lab's analysts then confirms the results. Once the lab has analyzed all of the samples, then the lab compares the indoor samples with the outdoor ample and generates a Mold Elevation Level indicator

6. Lab generates a report
The lab then selects several actual images from the samples and includes them in the report, along with recommendations for the homeowner
